It's exciting to be inspired by someone more advanced in your field and then setting goals to meet that standard, in the same way I compete with myself to try to be better. As far as protectiveness showing up in my work and personal life, I value integrity in the workplace and personal life, so if I feel someone is getting their toes stepped on, I will chime in and defend them out of protectiveness.

I tend to compartmentalize my thoughts which in turn helps me express my ideas clearly whether it’s at work or my personal life. Being a quick learner helps me adapt easily and tackle new tasks at work. This also helps me adapt easily to different situations in my personal life.

I’m subconsciously a perfectionist in everything I do and it has awarded me success—and at times stress, haha—both personally and professionally. I also pride myself in my ability to troubleshoot and problem solve, developing solutions that work for all.

I’ve always been highly interested in learning so many things so that I can have multiple skills and may approach situations with an educated process (even if it’s just for fun—reading books, articles, puzzles, etc.). I tend to overanalyze the majority of things in my personal + work life, but have fun in doing so. And lastly, I’m always fascinated with facts and logic mostly so I can back up any claims I make (or during fun, competitive conversations lol).
