Since using my set, I have noticed my hair is much smoother and shinier. Aside from being soft, pretty and comfortable to use, the pillow and scrunchy stop the front of my hair lifting after a night's sleep (I have a strong cowlick that usually makes my hair stick up funny!) This means I can leave my hair an extra day or two between washes and it is much healthier than washing it every day to tame it! Very pleased with the set and considering ordering another one so I can rotate them.
