Little to no breakage

I have maybe 3C/4A hair and have started using satin and silk scrunchies almost exclusively to keep my natural hair healthy and long. With these scrunchies, there is maybe 1 or 2 hairs that get caught every now and then but I could probably chalk that up to everyday shedding.
