I love this sleep mask - the color combination is beautiful. I get very bad migraines, so I also use it to block out any ambient light if I'm having an attack. I think the matching carrying pouch is a great touch so that the mask doesn't get damaged in my bag/luggage and also stays clean and doesn't make contact with anything else I might have in my overnight bag.
